The Perlmark Housing Group works closely with the Illinois Housing Development Authority, the City of Chicago Department of Housing and Economic Development and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, to consistently maintain the laws and policies set forth by these government entities, all the while maintaining the standards of Perlmark Senior Living and its affordable, luxurious communities for the elderly.

The Perlmark Housing Group continues its efforts in expanding its portfolio through acquisition of existing multi-family, conventional and affordable apartment communities, adaptive reuse, historic preservation and third-party management. Our expertise in management and property operations provides the experience to also acquire and restore distressed properties creating additional value to its investors. Properties may be conventional, Section 42 or include HUD subsidized units. General partner interests in existing tax credits properties are also of interest. While appeal is greater for properties with 100 units or more, smaller properties will be considered as part of a larger portfolio or congregated within the same geographic area.
